The module comes with a red led and an infrared led, light receiving sensor and environment light suppression low noise filter circuit. MAX30102 use a 1.8V voltage regulator and an independent 5.0V used for internal LED source. It is suitable to used in wearables to measure oxygen level and heart beat. The sensor head can be placed in the fingertip, ear lobe, wrist and etc. The data transfer is I2C compatible with Arduino, KL25Z and other microcontroller development board.
