Warranty & Defect Policy

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases made on iConTech Component are considered final once the order is confirmed and payment is completed. Please ensure you have selected the correct product, variant, and quantity before placing your order.
Manufacturing Defect Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect — meaning a fault that existed before the product left the manufacturer — we will refund you in full at no additional cost to you.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Please include your order ID, a clear photo or video of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 2 working days.
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:
- Incorrect wiring, overvoltage, or reverse polarity connection
- Physical damage — burnt, cracked, bent, or broken components
- Modifications or soldering performed by the buyer
- Wrong product selection — please verify compatibility before purchasing
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
iConTech Component reserves the right to assess each claim individually. A claim will be rejected if the defect is determined to be caused by the above conditions.
Refund Process
Approved warranty claims will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the defect has been verified. Return shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects will be covered by iConTech Component.
Wrong or Incomplete Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order was incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order ID and a photo of what was received. We will send the correct or missing item at no cost.
Lost or Missing Parcel
A parcel is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for more than 14 working days (West Malaysia) or 21 working days (East Malaysia / Sabah / Sarawak) after the shipment date.
If your parcel meets the above condition, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number. We will lodge a claim with the courier on your behalf.
Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: We are not liable for parcels that are shown as delivered by the courier tracking system. If your parcel shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your building management or neighbours first, then contact your local post office or courier branch.
