Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the iConTech Component website (icontech.com.my) and placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of SST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is identified, with a full refund issued to the customer.

Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases where stock is unavailable after payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payment is processed securely through Revenue Monster. We do not store any credit card or banking information on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier conditions. iConTech Component is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Once an order is handed to the courier, tracking information will be available. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Warranty & Defects

Please refer to our Warranty & Defect Policy for full details on manufacturing defect claims. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Disclaimer of Liability

iConTech Component shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from this website. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that products are used correctly, within their rated specifications, and in compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

We expressly disclaim all liability for damage caused by incorrect wiring, overvoltage, reverse polarity, product modification, or any application not intended by the manufacturer.

Our products are not approved for use in life-critical systems, medical devices, or any application where product failure could cause injury or death.
